What is your business about, tell us when did it start and what products or services do you offer?
We are first fully Vegan restaurant in Ireland. Start as a pop up restaurant in October 2014. From July 2016 we are operating as a permanent restaurant based on 51 pleasants Street serving variations of vegan meals.
How are you guys dealing with the pandemic situation?
Unfortunately as other restaurant we are forced to reorganise, simplify menu and serving food for takeaway collection’s and delivery
Who are your costumers and how do you see the vegan community in Ireland?
We have wide range of costumers, different age, nationality and backgrounds. Definitely growing, a lots of people joining this wonderful movement.
