What is your business about, tell us when did it start and what products or services do you offer?
I’m currently in the early stages of launching a vegan consulting business. I’m being professionally trained by Vegan Hospitality and it’s the only program of its type in the world. Through a menu evaluation, recipe development, and effective staff training, I will be offering all aspiring leaders in the growing vegan market a proven method for successfully serving new and existing vegan customers with confidence and ease.
How are you guys dealing with the pandemic situation?
As I’m only starting out, the pandemic hasn’t negatively impacted my business. I’m using this opportunity to learn as much as possible so that I can help the hospitality industry get back on its feet as quickly as possible once everything reopens.
Who are your costumers?
My ideal client is someone that has identified their lack of plant-based options as a key issue within their business and who sees the importance of embracing the demand for ethical, sustainable and delicious menu items.
How do you see the vegan community in Ireland?
I’ve actually been abroad for the past 3 years, but in that time I’ve been keeping a close eye on the amount of vegan products and businesses frequently launching throughout Ireland. It’s incredible to see the demand growing and to see businesses and individuals recognizing that the future is indeed vegan.

This is a much needed resource. As a person who likes to eat out but has curtailed this since going vegan I would love the hospitality to really get involved and stop just offering pasta dishes. There is so much out there now and having been to a few places in Melbourne Australia, Ireland has a lot to learn. Best of luck.
